A little time for some Challenges!

So over spring break- did I go to cancun or anywhere amazing.. Oh no, I went to my scrap room (which is pretty much a vacation because I don't get in there much when classes are in session) to create some new layouts. I love the inspiration from the shoes so when I found this pp I had stashed I knew it was what I needed to use. The colors were perfect!!!

For part 2 of this layout I used a sketch from stuck?! sketches http://stucksketches.blogspot.com/

At first I wasn't really thrilled with how I was using this sketch- So after a little innovation I changed it up and am very pleased with the results...

    Great page! I love the ribbon framing, how you blinged out the title with the brads (or are those pearls?) and the banner on top! I so glad you made some time to scrap- it can be as relaxing as an actual vacation without all the sand in your hair. Please keep playing along with Punky Scraps-we have a new challenge up today!

    Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said You can

    hear the ocean if you put this to your ear. She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it

    pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
